✦ PAGAMENTO

✦︎ O cliente tem a chance de pagar de duas formas:
▸Pagar 100% antes do sketch ou depois.
▸ Pagar 50% antes e 50% depois.✦︎ Reembolso
▸ Em caso de optar em pagar 100% antes, tem o direito de reembolso, mas se já tiver feito metade do progresso da arte será reembolsado apenas 50% e entre apenas o que foi feito.

✦ TEMPO DE ENTREGA

▸ O tempo de produção varia entre uma semana ate 4 semanas dependendo da complexidade do pedido.▸ As vezes, como avisado, pode acontecer de demorar nas entregar e se acontecer qualquer imprevisto ou qualquer coisa do tipo, o cliente será avisado!▸Durante os esboços o cliente pode pedir alterações, porem depois da lineart ou/e pintura se o desejar pedir alguma alteração vai ser cobrado uma taxa de R$20

✦ PAYMENT

✦︎ The client has the chance to pay in two ways:
▸ Pay 100% before the sketch or after.
▸ Pay 50% before and 50% after.✦︎ Refund
▸ If you choose to pay 100% in advance, you have the right to a refund, but if you have already made half of the progress of the art, you will only be refunded 50% and enter only what has been done.

✦ DELIVERY TIME

▸ Production time varies between one week and 4 weeks depending on the complexity of the order.▸ Sometimes, as warned, it may take a while to deliver and if anything unexpected happens or anything like that, the customer will be notified!▸During the sketches the client can request changes, however after the lineart or/and painting if the client wishes to request any changes a fee of $6 will be charged.
